Sir Beaufort would count that race as a fresh breeze - It was a great night to be out there racing last night! There still isn't too much daylight, but we were able to get in a race. By keeping the race down to 3 miles, we were able to get everyone finished by 7pm. The wind and waves definitely make things more tricky, though.
Congratulations to Claiborne Ferry and crew for a fast race in A class. I think she had a reefed main for the entire race, but still did well. Also doing well was Hinesight and crew in the B class. Hinesight had full sails, but no chute. In fact, no one used a spinnaker last night. Congratulations to Don Elliott on Starstruck for a great job in the Star class too.

Remember to dress up next week!
